5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before this time are processed the same day.

• Handling Time: 1 business day before dispatch.

• Delivery estimates:

  • US: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• We ship only to addresses in the UK and USA.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

• We do not offer exchanges.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
