At SoftViro, we ship physical software products only to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

1. Order Processing

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.

• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Handling Time: All orders have a 1 business day handling time before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

• Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Shipped via Royal Mail or equivalent tracked courier service.

United States:

• Delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Shipped via tracked international courier.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.
